Caminades, marxes, excursionisme, alpinisme, BTT i el foment i practica de tota activitat esportiva sense finalitat de lucre.

Cooperem i col·laborem

Amb les institucions, publiques i privades i amb altres associacions amb fins similars.

Salvaguardem, promocionem i difonem

El patrimoni natural, el benestar social de les persones, en especial de la gent gran i el  patrimoni monumental i artístic català.
